If all else fails, I just want you to know that there’s someone out there that cares a great deal for you and wants what is best for you. Whatever or whoever that may be.

I think my problem is that I make other people’s problems my own.  I try to fix them and I try to make them see that they don’t have to live the mediocre life they’re living.  But they don’t want to be fixed.  I try to love people to the greatest capacity I can, but sometimes they don’t want to be loved.  It’s hard.  It’s hard to walk away from people you know are so worth loving, people who are so capable of love but they don’t want to feel it.  They are used to the mediocre.  They are used to the mundane.  What a sad truth.  But you can’t fix everybody, you can’t love the unwilling and you have to walk away from those who push you in that direction.
